A Neelyville man is being held in Butler County on felony charges. The highway patrol arrested 48 year old Paul Worley for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property. He was taken to the Butler county jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
