The woman convicted of killing former Arkansas State Senator Linda Collins has been moved just three months after her sentencing. Rebecca O’Donnell was transferred for security reasons. In August O’Donnell pleaded guilty to first degree murder and was sentenced to 50 years in prison. She also pleaded no contest to two counts of soliciting Jackson County inmates to commit murder. No other details about her transfer were released.
