A man from Mountain Home was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Baxter County. The Arkansas State Police says that 69-year-old Bert Hart was killed when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the end of a county road and pulled onto State Highway 5 and hit the passenger side of another vehicle. The accident happened in rural Baxter County.
