Area businesswoman Renee Clay-Circle has announced on social media that she is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the vandalism at the Old Town and Country Building in Thayer. She says that thieves knocked out the back cinder block wall to gain access to the building, then did thousands of dollars in damage inside. She said anyone with information is asked to call Thayer Police, and if it leads to an arrest, she will pay you $5,000.
